Chersonissos ( Koutouloufari ), where you can find a big variety of resturants bars super
market . grocery, pharmacy and also other shops. Less than 2 kilometers of the
cosmopolitan city of Chersonissos , and the beach and only 30 kilometers away from the
international airport of Heraklion city.

landscape of the area . At the same floor there are 3 luxury bathrooms.
At the back side of the villa is a situated the 2 level terrace. The 1st floor terrace
overlooking to the picturesque village of Old Chersonissos with a glance of the sea and the
mountains around, in the ground level terrace is fitted the private pool, the BBQ and the
lounge area .
